About TANEA
·
The AI Native Educational Association
Most developers have no idea where they stand on AI fluency. They
carry a vague sense that they should be doing more, but nothing
concrete. The quiz is meant to replace that vague feeling with a
real number and a real picture across five concrete areas.
A score on its own is just a score. We pair every result with a
short, specific list of things to read, try, and practice next.
It's the kind of advice you'd get from a more experienced friend,
not a course catalog.
Something managers can use
Engineering managers carry the weight of getting their team
AI-fluent without breaking the team. We give managers a free way to
invite their people, see where the gaps actually are, and have a
better conversation than "you should use AI more."
Free, and intended to stay that way
TANEA is a non-profit. The quiz is free, the results are free, and
the resources we point people to are free. If we ever charge for
something, it will be for an extra, not for the core.
Built carefully, in public
The questions are written by working developers and revised when
they don't hold up. The scoring isn't a black box. Every prompt
counts the same, every category counts the same, and the math is
published. When we get something wrong we'd rather hear about it
than hide it.
